Please welcome our new Nurse Practitioner, Ben Mikolaj, to the practice!  Ben will be joining us on February 2nd, 2026 and will take be taking new patients, in addition to absorbing patients from Dr. Marciniak, who is preparing to retire in 2026!  Please call the office for avaliability!

Also, as we go into the colder months we remind you that the office will always send notification early in the morning in the event that we close due to weather. If you have not received a notification by 7:30am, assume we are open for the day.
